Service terms for monthly 2D animated shorts

Service scope

These monthly packages are designed for recurring cartoon shorts and animated short-form social content such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook, podcast clips, branded content, and social campaigns. Animated shorts can be produced for vertical, landscape, or square delivery based on the platforms you use. Work outside the selected tier, shorts longer than the tier scope, unusual formats, long-form production, or one-off custom work may require separate evaluation and custom pricing.

Pricing assumes reusable character systems, recurring formats, and batched production. Highly custom scenes, new concepts, new characters beyond the included rigs, extra revision rounds, unusual technical requirements, or major format changes may be quoted separately.

Billing and cancellation

Payments are collected at the beginning of each monthly cycle. You may cancel future renewals at any time, and your plan will remain active through the end of the month you already paid for.

Onboarding and schedule

Turnaround schedules, batch delivery timelines, brand assets, references, scripts, character needs, and production workflow are determined during onboarding.

Revisions

Revision rounds are included by tier: one per weekly batch for Simple Character Shorts, one per weekly batch for Branded Animated Content, and two per weekly batch for Premium Animated Production. Additional revisions, major creative changes, new scripts, new character work, or scope changes may incur additional charges.

Tier notes

Simple Character Shorts include fast-paced animated cartoon shorts with up to 2 characters, reusable character rigs, expressive dialogue, stylized editing, simple animated scenes, and one revision round per weekly batch.

Branded Animated Content includes expanded scene work, branded visual identity, stronger character acting, custom recurring environments, up to 3 new character rigs per month, priority queue placement, and one revision round per weekly batch.

Premium Animated Production may include premium scene work, expanded animation systems, advanced motion, custom visual direction, stronger sound design integration, up to 5 reusable character rigs per month, highest production priority, and two revision rounds per weekly batch.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide required brand assets, references, scripts, voiceover files, character notes, account requirements, and timely feedback needed to complete the work. In most cases, a shared Google Drive folder will be used for source files and finished exports.
