Pick Retro for videos with speech, commentary, or story dialog. Pick Modern for more visual content, gameplay pacing, and action-oriented moments.
Adjust minimum, target, and maximum clip length. A common setup is 8 seconds minimum, 13 seconds target, and 29 seconds maximum.
Lower Scene Thresh for more cuts. Adjust dialog detector and sound gate to better fit quieter voices or different editing styles.
Drag and drop a long-form video into the app or click Choose File to browse manually.
Select the location where the generated Shorts should be saved. This makes it easy to review, upload, and organize the results.
Start the export and monitor the logs panel for progress, file paths, and errors.
