Step-by-step

    Click Choose Files and select one or multiple audio/video files.

  2. 2

    Click Transcribe & Download .

  3. 3

    If you uploaded one file, a single .srt will download automatically.

  4. 4

    If you uploaded multiple files, each .srt file will download individually as it completes.

  5. 5

    All uploaded media and generated subtitle files are stored inside an uploads folder located in the same folder as the Polley Word by Word SRT .exe .

Important: Do not delete files from the uploads folder while processing is running.
