Step-by-step

    Choose a Profile: Retro (speech/dialog focused) or Modern (visual focused).

  2. 2

    Adjust settings to match the clips you want (min/target/max length, cut sensitivity, dialog/sound gates).

  3. 3

    Add a video: drag & drop into the drop area, or click Choose File.

  4. 4

    Set an export location: click Browse… and pick your output folder.

  5. 5

    Click Generate Shorts. Clips will export to the folder you selected.

  6. 6

    Watch the Logs panel for progress, file paths, and any errors.

Quick tip: Use Retro for story/RPG videos with lots of dialog. Use Modern for gameplay/visual pacing where clean endings are based on lower volume instead of strict silence.
